Welcome to Swpify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Swpify platform, including our mobile applications, websites, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
If you agree to these Terms on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the right to enter into these Terms on its behalf.
If you are under 13 years of age, you cannot use the Platform, unless you are using the the separate Under 13 Experience which limits the information we collect and includes additional safety protections.
1. Eligibility
To use Swpify, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in your country
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms
If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you use Swpify on behalf of a company, organization, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
2. Shopping and Transactions
Swpify may allow users to buy, sell, promote, or discover products through reels, videos, or other shopping features.
By using shopping features:
- You agree to provide accurate payment and delivery information
- Sellers are responsible for their listed products and descriptions
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing
- Swpify may facilitate payments through third-party payment providers
Swpify is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers unless required by applicable law.
We may suspend or remove sellers or listings that violate our policies.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Swpify Platform, including logos, branding, software, design, graphics, and technology, belong to Swpify or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce the Platform
- Reverse engineer or modify our services
- Use our branding without permission
- Exploit the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
4. Coin Collection Program
Swpify may offer users opportunities to collect virtual or redeemable coins through activities available on the Platform. Users may earn coins by participating in eligible activities as determined by Swpify.
Revenue Share
For any coins earned through the Platform:
- Swpify retains 50% of the total coin value or earnings generated through the Platform.
- The remaining 50% is allocated to the user, subject to eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and applicable withdrawal rules.
- The calculation method used by Swpify shall be final unless otherwise required by law.
Withdrawals and Redemption
- Users may request withdrawal or redemption of eligible coin balances of 999 coins to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
- Swpify reserves the right to verify user identity before processing withdrawals.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in withholding or cancellation of coins and earnings.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to earn coins.
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair rewards.
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior.
- Attempt to manipulate the reward system.
